Here is the process I went through to get my PM-30MV dialed in and running true. A bit of a longer process, took me a little over a PM 30MV mill converted to CNC operation using LinuxCNC and stepper motors. The Z axis lead screw was replaced with a Roton Take that @VCGConstruction - Robertson and Dewalt beat Philips and Makita any day of the week. Here's their video:
